Dr. Oliver Schwabe is CEO of Eurofocus International Consultants Ltd (www.euro-focus.com). Eurofocus is specialized in helping clients create measurable value from intangibles. Oliver himself specializes in helping clients to master the challenges of organizational redesign and repositioning through enablement by coaching, education and training. He has been involved in organizational change management, with special focus upon the interactions of people, processes, organization and technology since 1982.

He has designed, developed and delivered a wide range of empowerment projects for companies ranging from SMEs to Fortune 500 companies world-wide. Areas of specialization include organizational development, human resources, sales, CRM, business technology optimization and business process outsourcing. Clients include: German Telekom (Telko), Primacom (Telko), EnBW (Energy), Silcon Graphics (Hard- and software), Deutsche Bank (Financial), AT&T (Telko), Shell (Power) and Microsoft (Hard- and software). In the last five years a heavy focus has been assisting companies in Germany master the challenges of European deregulation in the telekom and power industry.
