As Managing Director, Global Knowledge Management at
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mark Zoeckler is a leader in intellectual capital
management and related frameworks and technologies, as well as in process
improvement, turnaround consulting and crisis management.
While his current role focuses on enterprise-wide
change management, Mark’s background includes over 14 years of experience
in strategic and tactical aspects of financial and operational management,
as well as noteworthy eBusiness and information technology roles. The
common thread throughout Mark’s experience is a focus on broad-based
business improvement, emphasizing both strategic and tactical business
improvement goals.
Mark has served PricewaterhouseCoopers in various
capacities since 1989, first for eight years as a bankruptcy, turnaround
and crisis management consultant, followed by internal roles including
business unit CIO, Global Leader of eBusiness and Emerging Technologies,
as well as Director of Technology Strategy for the Innovation Group in
PwC’s Chairman’s office.
During a short departure from PwC, Mark served as
Director of the Western Region Strategy Practice for Xpedior, a global
eBusiness consulting firm specializing in eBusiness and eCommerce strategy
and systems implementation.
In addition, Mark is regularly consulted by and has
participated on the advisory boards for several eBusiness and emerging
technology start-up firms.
Mark graduated from Pomona College with a special
concentration in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
